Identify the procedure that applies to you
This article concerns organising repairs to damaged housing after compensation approval. A housing certificate for a destroyed property, rebuilding a house and repairing a damaged apartment follow different procedures. Do not transfer one case’s rules to another simply because they all relate to eRecovery (єВідновлення).
Before commissioning work, check your property decision, payment category, available balance, spending deadlines and next reporting step. Put these on the first page of the project folder with the date checked. If the decision or status is unclear, ask the responsible authority or official support. A contractor’s assumption cannot change programme conditions.
Separate reinstatement from your own improvements
Restoration can easily combine fixing damage with changes you have long wanted. For money management, these are separate groups. Identify the funding source before paying each item. Check eligibility against the programme rules and your decision, not this article.
| Item | Record | Check before paying |
|---|---|---|
| Repairing a damaged area | Location, scope, material and agreed price | Compatibility with your decision and programme conditions |
| Associated services | Separate description and cost | Whether this service can use the intended funding source |
| Your own improvement | Separate item and personal funds | Ensure it is not charged again on another invoice |
| Scope change | Reason, new version and price difference | Impact on funding, dates and approvals |
For example, your internal plan might contain UAH 180,000 of approved funding and UAH 40,000 of your own money, totalling UAH 220,000. That total does not make every purchase eligible. These are invented accounting figures, not a benefit amount or a guarantee of compensation.
Check the seller and contractor before ordering
The official programme portal provides participant checks. Before paying, establish whether the actual legal entity and payment method used for your purchase support the programme. A familiar chain name or a trade’s verbal answer does not replace checking the particular transaction.
Keep the quotation, order contents, recipient details, expected delivery date and agreed documentation process. Request itemisation if an invoice combines different spending groups. This helps match purchased goods to deliveries and completed work to the brief. Do not share Diia login details or bank verification codes with someone offering to “help with the report”.
Build an archive from damage to the finished result
- One property folder: decision, initial documents and responsible authority contact.
- Subfolders by area, such as the kitchen window, room wall or bathroom services.
- For each area: initial photographs, approved description, orders and payment documents.
- Then progress photographs, especially work that finishes will conceal.
- Finally, results from the same viewpoints and an inspection record.
- Separately, official submission confirmation and further-action notices.
This is an editorial recommendation for your own oversight, not a claim that the government service requires every file listed. Upload the materials requested by the official form for your case. Keeping receipts is useful even when the form does not ask you to attach every one.
Photographs that actually help
A close-up of a new surface poorly explains the location. Take a room overview and a closer photograph of the relevant area; name files by date and location. Photograph identifiable packaging and labels for purchased materials and keep the purchase document separately. Preserve unedited originals; a working copy can have explanatory annotations.
A photograph of a concealed connection helps trace the sequence but does not establish technical suitability. Where specialist checks are needed, keep the corresponding document or agreed inspection record. Limit access to personal data, banking details and home-security information before sharing the folder.
Do not leave reporting questions until the last purchase
At this source review, Diia’s official service page distinguished a final report for category A from interim and final reports for category B. It also described online submission and applications through a TsNAP administrative service centre or notary, with photographs of repairs and purchased construction products among the report materials. Check the current procedure for your property to establish the exact stage, deadline and documents.
- Put the spending deadline and a report-preparation date in your calendar.
- Open the official instructions and check access to your account in advance.
- Reconcile work, spending and available photographs; clarify uncertain items before submission.
- Keep submission confirmation and monitor the status and requests for further action.
An old news item, a chat screenshot or this article does not override current rules. If information conflicts, check the current service page and the current version of Resolution No. 381. A disputed case needs clarification addressing your circumstances.
Use Reno Pro for your own records
Organise the renovation and spending records supported by your app version and keep original documents in your own backed-up archive. An internal “paid” or “completed” status does not mean a state authority accepted a report. Reno Pro does not decide compensation, check payment eligibility or submit government reports on the owner’s behalf.
A useful weekly summary answers four questions: what is done, what is paid, what remains and which official step comes next? Separating money from progress makes it easier to identify delivered but uninstalled equipment or a paid deposit without a completed stage.
