1. Agreement and service provider
Reno Pro provides the service. By downloading, accessing, or using Reno Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable marketplace terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Purpose of Reno Pro
Reno Pro helps you organize renovation and related projects, including phases, work, materials, schedules, prices, payments, files, and progress. It is a planning and record-keeping tool, not professional construction, engineering, financial, accounting, or legal advice. You remain responsible for checking important project information and decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Fourteen days of full access
New users receive 14 days of full access after installation. This access period is not a paid subscription and does not automatically convert into one. When it ends, existing projects remain available in view-only mode, while creating or editing projects, phases, and items requires an active subscription.
5. Paid subscriptions and renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be offered through the app marketplace. A subscription starts only after you deliberately confirm a purchase there. Once purchased, it renews for the selected billing period until cancelled, unless marketplace terms or applicable law provide otherwise. The price, currency, billing period, and renewal terms displayed at purchase apply.
6. Managing, cancelling, and restoring purchases
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app marketplace account. Cancelling normally prevents the next renewal and does not remove paid access already provided for the current billing period, subject to marketplace rules and applicable law. Refund requests are handled by the marketplace that processed the payment. The app may provide a restore-purchases option for the same marketplace account.
7. User content and exports
You retain rights to the project content and files you add. You give Reno Pro the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload it and for keeping any exports or copies you need.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, violate another person's rights, or use Reno Pro in violation of applicable law.
9. Availability and changes
The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, marketplace, network, or provider reasons. Features may change as Reno Pro develops, but changes will not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
The Reno Pro app, website, brand, design, and service content—excluding user content—are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them is granted except where applicable law expressly permits it.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Reno Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Reno Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Suspension, account deletion, and subscriptions
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a serious violation of these terms. You may request account deletion at any time. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a marketplace subscription; manage the subscription separately in your marketplace account.
13. Marketplace terms
The marketplace's licensing, purchase, billing, cancellation, and refund rules also apply where it provides or processes those services.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new update date. Where required, additional notice will be provided.
