1. Who is responsible for the service

Reno Pro is responsible for the service. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@renopro.app.

2. Account and sign-in data

When you create or use an account, Reno Pro processes your name, email address, unique user identifier, sign-in provider, and the authentication information required to secure and restore access to your account. Sign-in may be provided through email or supported third-party sign-in options.

3. Project content you choose to store

Reno Pro stores the information you add to the service, including project names and settings, phases, work and material entries, dates, statuses, tags, suppliers, units, currencies, planned and confirmed prices, discounts, payments, notes, photos, plans, documents, and other attached files. If you contact support in the app, the message and any files you attach are also stored so the request can be handled.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

The app marketplace processes your payment. Reno Pro does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Reno Pro receives limited purchase information such as the marketplace, product, subscription status, access entitlement, transaction dates, and the identifier needed to provide paid access and restore purchases.

5. Diagnostics

Production versions use a technical diagnostics service to receive crash reports. These reports may include an installation identifier, app version, device model, operating-system information, crash time, and technical crash trace. Reno Pro does not intentionally add project names, budget amounts, files, or support messages to crash reports.

6. Website and store links

The website processes an IP address and technical request information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain its pages. Depending on the measurement features enabled and your privacy choices, Reno Pro may also process limited website usage data, such as pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, referral source, session information, and interactions with download or external links. This information may be used to understand how visitors use the website, improve its content and reliability, and measure how people reach and navigate the site. Where the law requires consent, measurement is used only after the applicable choice has been recorded. Reno Pro does not use website measurement data for third-party advertising and does not intentionally include project names, budget values, files, support messages, or full payment details in measurement events.

7. How information is used

Information is used to create and secure accounts, sync and display your projects, store files, calculate project summaries, provide subscriptions, restore purchases, answer support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain the service.

8. Service providers and disclosures

Reno Pro relies on service providers for account authentication, cloud data and file storage, technical diagnostics, subscription validation, website delivery, and app distribution and payment processing. Information is disclosed only as needed for those services, when required by law, or to protect the service and its users. Reno Pro does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

9. Retention and deletion

Account and project content is generally kept while your account remains active. Support records may be kept as needed to resolve requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Technical crash reports and associated identifiers are generally retained for up to 90 days before removal begins. Website measurement data, when processed, is kept only for the configured measurement period and for as long as needed for the purposes described above. App marketplaces may keep purchase records under their own policies. Deleted information may remain for a limited time in protected backups or where retention is legally required.

10. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to applicable law. To request account and data deletion, follow the account deletion instructions or email support@renopro.app from the address associated with your account. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription separately in your app marketplace settings.

11. International processing

Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards apply to that processing as required by applicable law.

12. Security

Reno Pro uses access controls, encrypted network connections, and security measures provided by its service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your sign-in credentials and avoid sending passwords or full payment-card details to support.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the service, providers, or data practices change. The revised version will be posted here with a new update date.
