Request deletion of your Reno Pro account

Send a deletion request

1. Email support@renopro.app from the address used for your Reno Pro account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Reno Pro account.
3. State clearly that you want the account and associated app data deleted. Do not send a password or payment-card details.
4. Reno Pro may ask for limited additional information to verify that the account belongs to you.

What happens next

After verification, Reno Pro will delete the account and associated project content, including stored project records and attachments, except information that must be kept temporarily for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or protected backups.

Account deletion does not cancel an app marketplace subscription. Cancel it separately in the marketplace. Purchase records controlled by the marketplace remain subject to its policies.
